It was wonderful sharing my love of art with thousands of children as a public school Visual Arts Teacher. Each day being immersed in a variety of art projects, along with being able to wear jeans to work, was a dream come true. Watching my students' skills grow along with their understanding and love for discipline was thrilling. I went to work each and every day excited to engage with them and to watch their creativity ignite. It was a joy and privilege, and I will always cherish the time we spent together.
